Working Together

Who this is for

  • You’ve already felt seen by my description of your experience, whether on TikTok, emails, or my newsletter

  • Gifted, but likely not autistic or ADHD

  • Not in active clinical crisis. This is identity-level work, not symptom management. Make sure you have enough stability to do it.

  • Already doing the work in your own head. You already know a better future can exist for you. You want someone who gets it to think alongside you.

  • Haven't made the big locking decisions yet. (Buy a house, have kids, enter a multi-year grad program, etc). Not a hard requirement, but you need to have flexibility to actually make the changes we identify.

  • Capable, full of potential, and your life still doesn't quite feel like yours.

If that's not you, this isn't a fit.

What tends to change

People have described experiencing

  • Trusting your own intuition again, acting confidently without needing to rely on outside opinions.

  • The relief of hearing "this is a documented pattern" instead of feeling like your struggles are unique or too much.

  • Catching the masking-and-burnout cycle while it's still forming, instead of after it's already cost you something.

  • Actually naming the unmet need underneath the surface complaint, instead of endlessly managing symptoms of it.

How it works, practically

I offer 60 minutes sessions once per week over Zoom.

We don't pick up where we left off. Most clients keep processing on their own between sessions, so each one starts by finding out where you actually are that day, and going from there.

Most of the work is warmly and curiously finding the unmet need hiding underneath the symptoms you’re managing. The shift happens the moment you see the simpler, truer thing beneath the complicated one. People have described it as seeing their own situation clearly for the first time.

I keep notes and usually assign homework, something practical to notice or try during the week.

A real benefit of this engagement is simply being witnessed. Hearing that your experience is a known, normal pattern, not a personal defect. In a world not built for you, this may be the first time you’ve felt fully embraced and understood in your complexity.

What people have said

"You don't fully realize what you've set in motion. The way you speak has a very particular emotional depth. It pulls people in because it feels real and familiar in a way most online spaces don't. You've gathered a whole group of people who felt that same signal. What you're doing matters more than you know." — Community Member

One person told me five free videos did more for them than therapy had. Other people in the community have described the space as safe to think deeply, feel deeply, and care deeply, something they hadn't found anywhere else.

The offer

Three months. Weekly sessions. $3,000.

12 sessions where we do the work described above.

At the end, continuing the work is a possibility if we both determine that would be productive.

Before you book a call

Two things to think about before you grab a time:

  • What's actually pulling you to reach out right now?

  • Where do you feel most stuck?

You can write these down or just think about it, but having clarity on these questions will help you get the most out of our conversation

This is 20 to 30 minutes to make sure this is genuinely mutual before either of us commits three months. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you directly, and that's a complete, useful outcome on its own.
